- “Service” refers to The Web POS web-based point of sale platform.
- “User” refers to any individual or business subscribing to The Web POS.

2. Use of Service
- You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of data privacy laws.
3. Subscription & Payments
- The Web POS operates on a subscription model, billed on a monthly basis.
- All payments are securely processed through our authorized reseller and payment provider, Paddle.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is available at Refund Policy. In summary, refunds are only applicable if requested within 7 days of purchase, with a maximum refund of 50% of the subscription fee.
5. Data & Privacy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details and all payments are managed securely by Paddle.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, logos, and content provided through The Web POS remain our intellectual property.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software as part of your subscription.
- Copying, reselling, or redistributing our software without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Web POS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of our company’s registered location.
