Subscriptions
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial payment.
- Only a 50% refund is offered after 1 week of subscription start.
- No refunds are provided after 14 days of subscription usage.
How to Request
Contact us at billing@thewebpos.online with your order ID. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed back to your original payment method via Paddle.
